I can not order a product. What can I do?

If it is not possible to order a product, something will probably go wrong in the ordering process. Then contact customer service. One of our employees will help you further.

I have ordered a product but have not yet received a confirmation e-mail. What can I do?

It is possible that the confirmation email has ended up in your spam. Is not this the case? Then contact customer service. One of our employees will then check whether your order has been received correctly.

Can i cancel my order?

If you have ordered a product, it is sent and processed directly to a distribution center. We can not stop the shipment, this is an automatic process. Shipping and delivery

I ordered a product. When will my order be delivered?

If you order a product from us on working days before 16:00, your order will usually be delivered at home the next day. The delivery time of an order is a maximum of two days. If you order a product at the weekend, your order will be delivered on a Monday or Tuesday.

Can I change the delivery time?

Do you want to be sure that you are at home on the day your order is delivered? Then it is possible to change the delivery time. This can be done before 16:00 on the day you ordered a product.

Do I pay shipping costs?

At OnlineShopping95 you pay no shipping costs. Each order is sent for free.

We deliver orders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

I received my order damaged. What can I do?

Our delivery staff handle your order with care. Is the ordered product damaged or broken? Then you can return it within fourteen days to the return address of Online Shopping 95. Return conditions apply. You can only return a damaged product if it is unpacked in its original packaging. Also state the reason for the return, so that we can send you a new product immediately.

I have received my order incomplete. What can I do?

Did you order all items on the same day, but did not you receive them all? Then contact customer service. We are happy to help you.

Why do I find the same product cheaper elsewhere?

You may find similar products elsewhere for a lower price. However, this often concerns, for example, an imported product from China. These products are not ISO-certified and do not meet European health requirements. In addition, cheaper, imported products contain inactive synthetic ingredients. An inexpensive supplement often does not give the promised result.

I sent my product back to you. What will happen now?

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we immediately check whether the item is unopened and unused. Did you pay the order directly via PayPal or iDeal? We will then refund the purchase amount to your PayPal account or bank account within three days.
